Refund policy

We have easy Returns and Refund Policy. In case the product is with a manufacturing defect, or a wrong product has been received, kindly click on "Request a Return" on the Footer Menu. Login with your credentials select the order you want to return and reason for return and submit. Our team will arrange for the pickup of the return order and refund will be as per the policy mentioned below. 

Or you could also contact over email at “support@sorafashionjewelry.com” within 7 days of receiving the products. Your email must contain comprehensive details along with images of the defects/complaints of the product delivered to you. 

Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:

An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the  item in the order confirmation email.

If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect or damaged.

* Returns for style preference or change of mind are not accepted. 

TO SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST:

If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, you can submit a return request within 7 days of delivery:

·       2. Select the order you wish to return

·       3.  Choose the items and reason for return

·       4.  Submit your request

Ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.

Once submitted, our team will review your request. If approved, you'll receive return shipping instructions via email. For defective or incorrect items, please include photos when submitting your request so our Quality Check team can verify the issue and process your return quickly.

REFUND POLICY:

Refund will be given on Damage Products Only.

Refunds will be made only in accordance with the return terms herein and in the form of store credit, only. Such refunds would be processed within 7 working days of the acceptance for refund request in case the product has not been delivered to you.

Complaints if any should be raised within 7 days after receiving the products via email at support@sorafashionjewelry.com or through WhatsApp on +91 8618316874 along with supporting photos/videos.

If you receive any incomplete or damaged products, such as missing earrings or incomplete sets, we kindly request that you provide a proper unboxing video as part of your complaint. This will help us expedite the resolution process. Please note that complaints without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under our Refund Policy.

How to Cancel

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@sorafashionjewelry.com with your order number. We will process your cancellation request and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Custom or Personalized Orders

Custom or personalized jewelry orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.
